I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book, the narrator has a very calming voice and it is good to listen to simply unwind. Interesting to hear different perspectives and also that meditation cannot solve all problems, but can definitely help! All in all, I would recommend this audiobook.

Quick, calming read

This is not even a book. It is a collection of quotes, half-baked opinions and object lessons in The Bleeding Obvious. It offers no concrete advice and is an actual waste of time. I am unsure if the reader is mispronouncing words or if the words themselves are inventions of the author. I am staggered that this was ever published.
Please do not waste even one credit on this insult to literacy. I feel totally cheated of my time.
