This is part of a series. The deep sleep one has an excellent meditation which I regularly listen to but this failed for me. The meditation just says breath in for 4. hold for 7, out for 8 over and over again. This specialised pranayama is for reducing stress and works well. 3 times is the 'instant tranquiliser' but numerous times when trying to get to sleep? Exhausting! I'd expected a beautiful visualisation and maybe relaxing countdown. If that came later I never reached it. Excessive repeats of 478 defeated me. The deep sleep title, however, will remain a favourite and I highly recommend that. It works very very well to induce sleep. I'm sorry this wasn't equally useful. I'm afraid I got a refund. For a lengthy gently presented pranayama breathing exercise it wins hands down but that wasn't what I was after.
