The editing was poor in specifics like the narrator noticeably inserting the word "good" into describing HDL (which is good) and LDL (which isn't good) cholesterol. Another specific example is including amount of weight lifted as a non-scalable value. Generally, it felt to me that each chapter was written seperately as sections were repeated in exactly the same depth and way, as if the reader had not taken in the earlier rendition. The repetition of "menopause revolution" was something I found tedious as well as overblown.
The narrator was perky and positive throughout, but it became cloying with long periods of listening. She didn't sound confident on some of the technical terms.
I received a free copy, and am leaving this review voluntarily.
Positive approach spoiled by poor editing.
