Do you constantly struggle with that negative voice in your head that tells you that you can’t accomplish your goals and you should not even try? Do you over analyze things to find adverse outcomes and over think situations, speculating about negative consequences? If your mind is constantly bombarded with negative thoughts instead of that voice within that says, “You can do it and you must do it,” then you definitely need this audiobook. You are most likely suffering from depression. I highly recommend this guide because it will get you in touch with your subconscious mind, tame your mind without medication, and help you live the life you want, love and are extremely proud of. I absolutely love this book. It is right up my alley. By the way, I also recommend that you grab a copy of the paperback version because this is the type of book that I recommend should sit next to your other prized books in your home library. This one is a winner! The narrator did an excellent job. Kudos to the author Tammy for putting this guide together.

Being a student I'm always stressed out about different things going on in my life and study. The author has done a great job in highlighting our purpose of life and indulging ourselves in various other activities that change our perspective and make us less stressed and more of a happy person. The book contains excellent content on how to stay firm, positive and maintain our mental health. I felt a lot better after listening to this book. Very informative!

You can't solve a problem in the same mindset that created it. That's my biggest take home from this book. I love how well argued the concepts are. I now understand that our mental health also affects our overall health, which is extra motivation to self-care. The chapter on overthinking particularly hit home for me. I will be returning to this book again to fully integrate everything I've learnt.
