I know the author is trying separate his self improvement book from so many others. He succeeds when principles are explained with real world use. He kind of falls short when he simply blathers on about other topics. I’ll keep the book and try again later.

Use this book to break through your mental barriers and build mental resilience. I was very informative, glad I took my friend's recommendation to read and start applying to my day to day life. It is a good read for anyone that wants to develop a better self through mental training.

It's pretty good. Some of the stuff was not new to me, but even so, having it said, written and mapped out with reasoning and application solidifies the concepts. If you're after sharpening your mind to act and thrive in an ever-changing world, this would be a good listen. I took off one star because I personally wasn't thrilled with the narration at times..but I could be overly critical on that.

This is my 7th time listening to this book. I finally feel it's time to leave a review. Some amazing tips and insight. And I aim to read this once a month until I have mastered it. Thank you for writing this gem.
