Am new to this, keto and the like. I found him, Ben Azadi, on YouTube and thought I would have a listen. I think it was well explained and it gave me, through the 30 days transitioning, a good starting point. The reading was very good, and the clarity was err clear.

I found Ben on YouTube and started watching his content. I wanted to lose weight and get stronger after a series of medical conditions that set me back a bit. Following a 5 year NHS health check that highlighted some issues with blood pressure, my weight (NHS BMI score in the UK), my cholesterol levels, I decided to address the issue. Following Ben, I started fasting and researching food. I lost weight quickly, lowered my blood pressure and felt so much more energetic. The advice has worked for me and I feel much better. I am 65 years old male. I still have more to do but feel positive about my next health check.

I was looking forward to this book having listened to quite a few of his podcasts.
Felt like it was just a copy and paste from other peoples books and felt flat and unconnected as his monotone failed him in his delivery.
