Most relevant
I over eat a lot, mainly on sugary foods, so wanted a book to help me eat more mindfully and to not over eat. This book has a lot of good advice and I'm definitely glad I brought it, however it's very short, I wish it was longer. Also I don't agree with all the advice in the book, like the idea fo cut out certain foods. I will definitely come back to this and re listen.
