I appreciate that the author divided the affirmations into various categories that are represented by chapters, which allows me to easily find a certain theme that I would like to affirm. I have listened to several of these chapters now and I've been very happy with the experience. I particularly liked the affirmations for my career, goals, and success, as well as the affirmations for love and relationships, and for friendships.

The affirmations are excellent, as is the narration; for once the background music is soothing and not distracting from the messages. Each affirmation is repeated twice, which I think was a great choice of the author.

This is a great audiobook that arrived just in time! My mother has anxiety problems and questions herself with lack of confidence. I try to help but this audiobook is going to help tremendously! It helps me too! We all want to better our lives.
