Again this is another light hearted murder mystery, with some mind manipulating sprinkled on top. Miss Fisher finds herself feeling woozy as she struggles to wake from a bad dream, only to realise she can smell chloroform. Read brilliantly again by Stephanie Daniel.

I love this story, it's Miss Fisher at her best. The only problem I have, and this applies to all the Audible recordings, is the narrator's singing. I know that verses from various hymns and songs feature in the text but it really spoils the performance. The narrator is fine with the text but please use someone else for the singing.

Another great story by Kerry Greenwood, narrated by Stephanie Daniel is a pleasure to listen too. No mis-pronunciation of words, which is a blessing in itself. The story keeps you hooked and you want to find out what happens next.
