Gayle Buck is one of my favourite authors and Julia Eve possibly one of my favourite narrators. I have loved every one of their audiobooks. This one just might be my favourite. Very worthy of comparing to Georgette Heyer, this tale of a marriage of convenience ticks all the boxes in what we all love about rengency romances. A dashing man, lovely lady, danger, suspense, revenge, love, and I could go on and on! Please be assured you won’t be disappointed in this book.
