Summary
Liz and Tony are both eight years old, Qianfan and Meera are nine, and Maria, who is eight and a half, tells everyone she meets that she is eight and a half and not just eight! Meera, Qianfan, and María have all moved to America from different countries while Tony and Liz were born in America and had lived there all their lives. They meet at the park, right in front of the neighborhood where they live. The park is so much fun, there are rides, pink and blue cotton candy, a giant bubble gum machine, and pizza slices with pepperoni smiles.
