©2017 Amanda Forester (P)2017 Dreamscape Media, LLCnarrator was like a pantomime actor no ability to create atmosphere and used the same surprised uplift at the end of every poor Scottish accent, for every phrase. it was hard to tell if it was the male or female lead sometimes, and given that the story was mainly Scottish dialogue maybe a Scottish narrator could have been found.
I bought the first of this series and loved it so much because the narrator was so good that I bought this... by chapter 10 I wanted to throw my device out of the window.
