A story of how VAD’s and nurses helped the wounded from the war, wasn’t too sure if i was going to like it as i had’t read/listened to any from the series before but thoroughly enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this book very much and would recommend it to children and adults that enjoy historical and interesting books. It taught me how hard it was to cope and live in those hard conditions and what it felt to lose someone you know or love.i really enjoyed this book🤗🤗
