It also helped me with focusing on work I was doing on the computer by providing a soft, background filter. Each of the stories have meaning behind them as well. We are brought up from a young age to enjoy the soothing tones of a bedtime story. As adults, we have so many responsibilities to juggle and sometimes you end up taking the stress of the day into your sleep. I was surprised by how quickly I focused solely on the engaging tone of the narration and turned my thoughts to becoming involved in the stories. My favorite story was 'Lake of Lucidity', as it contained positive affirmations that were so powerful to repeat just before sleeping.
