Nature of Depression includes clear explanations, and the research behind, for patterns of depression. Just as our actions have "taught" us ineffective responses, the book helps us learn to avoid these pitfalls. It helps to calm our mind. This is a great audio edition to fight depression. It offers easy to understand techniques from food to hobbies that help in fighting depression. Well written and narrated guide. I also checked the "Mental Hygiene" book from the same author.
