The guide explains when to highlight the importance of the profits, when to stress the possibility of losses, when to speak about the advantage of certainty, and when to speak about how the offer would place the consumer in a superior position relative to its rivals. Which made me understand why I couldn't get to make the contract with one of my customers. I just started it off wrong. I 'm exhausted.

If there is one area where I would criticize negotiators, it is in the lack of creativity. Many cases I oversaw could have been settled, I am certain, if the lawyers had spent more time developing novel and effective ways to present their ideas. This book is an excellent roadmap, and I highly recommend it.
