I’ve tried reading Nicomachean Ethics before and honestly struggled. This audiobook version changed that completely. The narrator has a very balanced tone, engaging without being theatrical. He emphasizes the right parts of sentences, which really helps with understanding the argument. Combined with the modern translation, it makes a difficult text feel surprisingly approachable.

The narration is very clear and well-paced, which helps a lot. That said, you still need to pay attention, this isn’t something you can listen to passively. The narrator does his part well, but the content still requires effort.
