    Really easy to listen to. I really enjoy listening to any book by Dan millman. He explains things really well so it’s easy to understand and take in. Definitely helped me to make changes in my life I otherwise wouldn’t of. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that is open to a higher level of thinking

    I enjoyed the practicality of the bits of wisdom the book had to share. Favourite, in every adversity there is a gift. This was followed by some key questions to ask myself so as to see the gift in the painful situations. Yes, its taught me to live life as an active participant and not a victim of my circumstances.
