I liked it but I didn’t love it. Overall a good book, and I liked the “stories” they told each other. But it was a bit too much instant love for my taste.

I was already bought in on every Ali Hazelwood, but this is proof she is one of the best of all time. And the audio. Wow.

I really liked the dual performance of the characters as it’s always strange listening to a woman do a man’s voice in a spicy scene 😂 i did think that the female performer took the whole ‘robotic’ vibe a bit too far though! I really liked the story and felt it was different to the usual generic romance storylines and the spice was great, again something a bit different to the usual with her preferences. It was interesting to see how their relationship developed over time!

I am not normally bothered by smut, but woohoo, that man's voice! 🥵 I actually really enjoyed this. It has an actual plot, the sex scenes are well written and it's good to see sex depicted with healthy consent, even when it involves controlling someone else.

It was plane boring. I ended up skipping huge chunks of the story. After not liking this book and Love Theoretically, I think I’m going to take a brake from Ali Hazelwood’s books
