Learning to understand what is best for our children to help nourish their bodies and minds can be confusing as my parents never taught me any of this. My children both have ADHD and so I pay more attention to what kind of nutrients I am providing them. Guidance on selecting the appropriate fuel to sustain them through physical activities and their daily adventures.
