About this listen
Some assignments hit too close to home...
Holly’s new gig with the Supernatural Protection Agency was supposed to be all lab work and potion brewing. At least, that was the plan. When a werewolf killer strikes, she has to ditch the cauldron for fieldwork, and naturally the case leads straight to Beechwood Harbor.
Things get messy fast when another werewolf turns up dead. Holly and her roommates are locked in a race against time, and the killer is closer than they think.
Holly’s new job comes with excellent benefits. Unfortunately, dodging murderers wasn’t covered during employee orientation.

Holly time at the Supernatural Protection Agency as a potions master is going well, so well in fact that they want to put her in the field as an investigator. They need her to spy on her new housemate. There has been a number of werewolf deaths lately and every time her new housemate has been close by. With her friend Nick having only just joined the local wolf pack the last thing Holly wants is to hear someone is killing pack members, so she agrees to leave her lab and once again put her life in harms way to investigate . When the alpha's mate is killed, Holly finds herself with a seasoned partner and in the middle of a werewolf and vampire disagreement.. Can they find the killer? Especially as it seems Nick is dating the prime suspect.
I like the narrator. She is the reason I started listening to this series in the first place but now I am hooked.
One bad witch makes for one good book
