I've listened to most of the big main title litrpgs available on Audible but this is by far my favorite! honestly just buy it now, then buy the rest in a few hours cos your gonna be hooked

After listening to the whole series that's available and just now finished a second listen through because it's just that damn good. Apart from the Excellant narrating, hat off to you sir, the story is compelling, well thought out and highly entertaining. Thank you all involved for this magnificent work.

I enjoyed all of this one. The characters, the story, the narator. Only issue I had is that it was to short. A well.. Guess I just have to get book 2 for that issue

I really enjoyed the opening hook and pacing. The progression felt gradual and believable which is a big plus. The world was well established without feeling overwhelming.

If I'm nitpicking I would say the characters were not distinct in voice enough and the swearing became jarring at certain points like it was just inserted for punch. I would agree with the others here and say the character didnt feel like they completed a full character arc, as if it was only half a book I listened to.

Overall though a very enjoyable listen and I will be recommending it to others!
