I picked this up hoping for practical help, not perfection, and that’s precisely what I got. What stood out most was how realistic the advice felt. Nothing assumed endless motivation or a spotless starting point. The short checklists and time-based approach actually made tasks feel doable instead of overwhelming. I found myself rethinking how I approach routines, especially on low-focus days. The tone felt supportive without being preachy, which I appreciated. This book didn’t magically fix everything, but it gave me tools I’ll actually keep using. I’d recommend it to anyone who struggles with clutter and distraction and wants progress, not pressure.

This audio book offers a great deal on information to some on with ADHD or to someone seeking to understand it. My brother has this condition and I know that the advice offered here would be of great use to him. Although I got this book in order to understand this issue better and maybe offer some guidance, I myself implementing some of the ideas shared. I found the Eisenhower and Pomodoro Techniques easy to put into practice; the information on how to ground myself was also useful. I liked that the author includes a PDF of useful chart for daily routines that can be used as visual reminder to stay organized.
