Wow! Gideon Shelley's 5 steps to overcoming picky eating is extremely valuable. The last time I spent time with my nephew, he didn't want to eat anything but absolute junk food and I didn't know what to do or so to convince this tiny person to be "sensible" and eat something with nutritional value.
