Overthinking in Relationships and Survivors of Alzheimer's is an audiobook that dives into the touch, sometime touchy topic of caring for an aging loved one, developing and living with Alzheimer's. As anyone with an aging parent, or a health care working knows, coping with these patients is trying, at best. This audiobook cover many of the skills and problems a caregiver will encounter, including early signs, treatment and even the science of what we know about the disease. The part of the audiobook I found most interesting dealt with the financial aspects and planning for conservatorship.

An important topic to learn about, with topics to consider before it's too late and you find yourself trying to catch up.

Many of today’s generation are caregiving their adult parents with Alzheimer's. People on that journey will find this audiobook to be a very helpful aid. Alzheimer’s is such a difficult thing to go through for both the caregiver and the patient. Most audiobooks concentrate on the patient, and will often overlook the the difficulties of the caregiver. This audiobook offers practical strategies to help navigate the unique health challenges, and provides valuable insights from both the caregiver and patient perspective. The audiobook is very well narrated, and is highly recommended.
