Perfect narration. Lovely tale with a dark undertone of gangsters and puppy mills, where our MCs cavort and caper to save Batsh*t the Papillon and learn to love and trust, crossing into area outside their usual fields.

As a huge dog lover and professional dog groomer, I really enjoyed this book, it was a fun, quick easy read with a bit of drama during the plot.

The last few chapters were a bit too fast paced imo and we didn’t even get an ILY before a proposal after knowing each other a couple weeks?!? Or did I miss that? 🥺

Still a great read though and I love Finn’s persistence with Emerson at the start and using Bat as an excuse.

The narration was great especially when he was doing the woofing noises if batshit barked or whined 😄

I liked the story and listened in one sitting it had a good storyline and the narration was good.
This was available in the audible plus catalogue and I recommend listening.
