Summary

Jon's days are numbered. The mine will consume his life any day. Will this offer to farm inside a game be any better? He wants nothing but to farm in the real world, and he's given that chance in a VRMMORPG. With a new lease on life, he accepts it.

But when he's robbed of his only tool to farm sufficient quota, he has no other option but to enter the deadliest forest of the region and die at the hands of a druid to obtain a skill that will help him reach his goals.

However, death awaits at every step in the forest, and he can't die more than thrice. What will Jon do?

This is a gem. Really nice story and pacing. Just bought the next book. Looking forward to how the adventure goes.

Very enjoyable start to the series

title sais it all, I enjoyed the listen but it lacks a good proofreading and the protagonist acts like a teenager in a man's body

Immature MC and grammar, but well read

MC is a bit annoying but there is some decent character progression, especially with some of the side characters.

The plot is pretty good, a nice set up for future books.

My biggest annoyance was the weird almost homophobic subplot/ language used that was absolutely irrelevant to the story…

Great concept, let down by some odd choices

First time trying this kind of genre, glad I did as I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great storyline for anyone interested in D&D / World of Warcraft etc.
