I really wanted to get into this book, but just could not get around the narration. Sometimes it flowed and other times it just sounded like a teenager in class reading from a book that they really don’t want to read. Will be returning book because of this.

Poor narration

A very relatable story. Twists and turns aplenty. I didn’t get the twist until seconds before it was revealed. I will look for more by this author and the narrator.

I only managed four chapters before I decided life is too short to waste time on this. The characters are annoying and the narrator isn't good enough.

I loved this book. The characters were believable and flawed and the story had me gripped from the beginning. One of the most interesting aspects were the blurred lines of right and wrong. When is something wrong to one person but may not be to another? Does the wrongdoing of one person make vengeance acceptable? The book has left me thinking things through long after I finished it. The narrator was also excellent.

Well, what to say. Not sure. Would I recommend, no. Sorry Piers. Nothing special and I should have paid more attention to other reviewers as to celebrity enhancement
