It was great to be able to enjoy a real story of a decent length in French. Easy to understand so it made it feel like a real achievement to have followed an entire story! Clear and good reading speed too.

Beautifully read, nice and slowly. The story was straightforward and interesting. One could easily imagine oneself in Paris. The characters were well drawn. The French used was idiomatic and useful and read slowly enough that it stayed in one’s memory.

It was great to find a French audiobook aimed at adult learners. The storyline kept me interested throughout, and the level was perfect for my early stage of learning. The narration was also very pleasant to listen to. Highly recommended!

I understood most of the French, but l ordered this book as it said it was split into 2 sections.

The first section of the book is in French and the second section of the book is in English with questions about the story!

There is NO second section of the book with questions for me to answer!!
