Thich Nhat Hahn is a great buy if you want to meditate and relax. This particular session is predominantly Thich Nhat Hahn ringing a bell, it makes it more realistic way to actually meditate because there is less interruption or gimmicky sounds. It is it's simplicity that makes is one of the better meditation audios that I have used.Good for relaxing, a realistic meditation guide
