I love it. I knew that herbs have benefits to health, but this book covers all the herbs that you can find in our local grocery shop. It outlines each herb with its benefits and how it affects human health in a positive manner. I will continue to come back to this audio and use the remedies available. I'm a foodie who loves to cook! My passion is cooking oriental and indian sub-continent food dishes andI use most of the spices in this book. The book gives insight into herbs and species that can provide the body with it’s needed nutrients. Medicinal herbs and spices are beneficial to the body, Many of the herbs in the book have been a while back, but most people do not use them. Still, the book helps remind me of the importance of using them to get the maximum for my health which is a lot better than modern ingridients and reducing the cause of allergy. The book gives a guide on how to consume herbs in a beneficial proportion.
