I picked this up hoping for practical tools to help break the procrastination cycle, and it does offer some helpful exercises and reflection prompts. The concepts are easy to understand and the workbook format makes it approachable and actionable.
That said, I found the content a bit repetitive at times. It introduces several good ideas, but many of them could have been explored in more depth. There were a lot of opportunities to dig deeper into the psychology behind procrastination and provide more advanced strategies for long-term change.

This is amazing for anyone who struggles with procrastination occasionally as well as chronically. It provides a step by step guide to understanding the root causes of procrastination.

There are prompts that are thought provoking and help the reader/listener to self reflect. Becoming self aware will help to tackle the problem of procrastination head on. The book starts with understanding roots and progresses through to an action plan for building systems. It is an incredible resource.
