As I listened to this book - I finally understood WHY myself or sometimes fellow colleagues did well or failed with their projects. Loved it so much I have ordered a physical copy of this book to re-read and work through. Highly recommend it to all knowledge workers

Incredibly practical

I fought this a really useful insight, both in terms of the technical tools and the personal skills required to deliver projects. Fingers crossed it will help me deliver some.

Really Useful for those involved in projects

Project management was not a part of my formal training, so I’ve had to figure it out myself. The worked examples in this book are very helpful to explain the ideas and the fact that it references frequently PMBOK is reassuring because you will know that you are aligned with industry best practice for project management

Very helpful

'key stakeholders' are the most overused word in the book and used as a filler.
full of anecdotes 'said one expert ' without referencing whom that would be...
painful to listen to, and hardly able to learn from it.

really annoying narrator, poor book at best
