And the stakes just keep getting higher and the twists just keep on coming. I love Lina and Nord so much. We get a few chapters from Quinn and Finley in this book, and I loved that addition - I love their connection and push and pull. I cannot wait for more from these two. But back to Lina and Nord. We get to meet some of their family and learn their history-meeting new allies and foes. I love this magical world that Meg Anne has created. Every book just leaves me rushing to press play on the next.

Not to mention a fantastic bonus scene that will Leave you wanting more.

Stella Hunter and Shane East continue to perform the series in duet and nail every feeling the characters have and make it a reality in our ears. Simply wonderful. The production is great.

You are in for a rollercoaster of emotions with this book. Just when you think you’ve got it all sussed out along comes Meg Anne and throws a spanner in the works (#*%@€)You will be sat on the edge of your seat shouting obscenities at certain people then feeling so down then happy again ,i did say rollercoaster didn’t i. I don’t really want to slap Crombie anymore but i’d like to kill Mikel and Nico will you please let me do it Meg Anne 😝 Shane and Stella narrate this book perfectly as usual 😊

If you've followed the series so far, you'll definitely want to sink your teeth in this one as well. I sure did, and what a ride it was! Another action-packed, sizzling hot installment, with so many unexpected (or should I say expected?) twists and turns that left me mind-blown! I almost bit my nails to the quick with this one!!! And the final plot twist? OMG@!!! I can't wait for the next book!!!

And the audiobook? Wow! Once again the duet narration of Shane East and Stella Hunter is extraordinary. They masterfully bring to life not only the main characters Nord and Lina, but Finley and Quinn as well. This and all the audiobooks in the series are definitely a MUST for fans of the series!!!
