This book is a powerful and accessible introduction to two vital topics: pronouns and intersectionality. I appreciated how clearly it explained complex ideas like privilege, misgendering, and the emotional impact of exclusion, while still being welcoming to readers who may be new to these discussions. A must-read for anyone committed to growth and understanding.

I always thought i got the whole pronoun thing down till this broke it wide open it turns out there's way more to it than just using they or them. The part about misgendering hit hard, didn’t realize how much of a mental toll that can take and honestly i've definitely been that clueless person before. The breakdown of intersectionality was solid too, finally got why race gender and disability all mix together in ways that aren’t one size fits all and it made me rethink how i show up at work and online.

I found this audiobook class opened my eyes to things I never really thought about before. It makes sense on how it describes things, even if you are brand new to the topic. What struck me about it the most is how it connects the different aspects of someone's identity, notin just one at a time. It made me see how things, like calling someone the correct pronouns, can really do a lot for people. Honestly, I think that I understand people just a bit better now, even if I still have more things to learn.

This is a very interesting audiobook and starts from scratch to explain quite a bit of what is a very complex topic. This is written in an easy way and the narrator, although sometimes monotone, explains this with good pace. Overall, happy with the listen.

As a leader in a fairly progressive organization, I can say that this book is essential for all leaders in all environments today, especially if you're working with younger professionals and youth. Diversity and inclusion is a huge thing for our company right now so I found the information in this book to be extremely helpful in navigating some of those conversations and initiatives as a whole.
