Some of the ratings are quite low for this book, but I wanted to give this author a try. I thought it was a good start to the series. The characters are likable. The narration was good. There is plenty going on. Some of it is predictable but that is the point of these series surely. It made me want to listen and I’ve jumped straight into the next book because I wanted to know more. I think it’s worth a read!

Even for a short book, this was slow and felt really hard to stay engaged. The whole texting back and forth with the asterisk open and close and saying asterisk 50,000 times ground on me.

A Cracking tale , Well written, good Characters. But because I've read so many , Hockey "love" stories. They Often get to sound Very Familiar! Loved it but Sorry 🙏

A cute sports, romance, but I have heard the same story before. ❤️ that Harper goes against the social nnorms with her horrror love, but the ending reminded me of 'Love Actually,' and unsure how I feel about it.🤔

It was… fine. Easy to get through on audio but I never felt fully invested. No strong attachment to the characters and nothing really stood out for me. Not bad, just very meh and forgettable.
