I really liked this. It’s just calming river sounds, no talking, no music, nothing extra. It helped me relax fast, and I use it when I’m feeling anxious or need a break. My only complaint is that it’s only 4 hours long. I was hoping to sleep through the night with it, but it stops too soon. Still, it’s great for short naps or meditation. I just wish there was a longer version.
