The story was good but the MC is so frustrating. I almost gave up but glad I stuck with it. The MC is a major negative in my opinion. He's so whiney and such a coward for most of the book it's really off putting. He does toughen up slightly towards the end. I really hope in the next book he grows a pair. The only other negative is it seems like every fight scene something goes wrong. The narration was well done.
