About this listen

I spent years with a man who abused every part of me.

He never loved me the way I loved him, and constantly kicked me when I was already the lowest of the low. Simmy came into my life, and though he was quiet and afraid, he loved me.

Even when he couldn't admit it to me out loud, he showed me his love through actions. A provider, a leader, and the king. A man who would give his life for mine because he was raised that way.

I've gone so long never knowing true love until I met Quasim Inferno. They took him from me…

As the queen Inferno before me, there's no more running. No more hiding, only showing up.

Let them believe the kingdom crumbles without him. It only makes our rise more dangerous. More ruthless. More legendary.

Because my husband was King Inferno.

Or maybe…

He still is.

There’s a good amount of twists and turns throughout this entire series.
Wesleigh was perfect as always, but Myles… it was like 2 different levels of writing when they switched characters.
Wesleigh made the writing exciting, the characters seemed like real people the way she emoted and it was easy to follow. Myles speeds through his chapters making it hard to follow and makes the endings of his chapters seem weird as if it shouldn’t be ending. He takes a child like breath before every sentence and his female voices all sound whiny. I really wish it was Winston James.
Other than that, this series is a fun listen

Enjoyable
