if you are new to 'self-discovery', bettering yourself, improving your life, figuring out your life purpose, self love, mindfulness, human mind and behaviour etc. this probably serves as a decent starting point, otherwise don't be in a rush to listen to this one, as generally it is not the best of a kind book. I find the narrator's voice a little annoying as well, with all respect to him. Just my personal view. Better/more useful material towards the end.. the beginning probably works better for youngsters who are seeking direction in life.
