This is a clearly well written book. However I'm not sure about the results of this diet. I will report later after I follow it for a month or so. At first glance the diet is probably not that difficult to follow......

we shouldn't fool ourselves, even if you're skinny now, eventually life will take over and you will have problems. before you give up, I'd highly suggest the approach which is described in this book. the results are GUARANTEED (based on my own example).

I've been following keto diet for quite some time now. But I never tried intermittent fasting before. Looks like it was a mistake as my results would have been much better. So I will try adding fasting to my diet, hopefully my results will be just as good the author's!
