I've never heard of meditation exercises for weight loss before but after listening to this audiobook I've no idea why not. It fits perfectly. So much of weight loss and body image is about mindset, so if you can address your mindset and attitude about food and the way you look, the weight will come off. The book also covers the basics of eating well and building good food habits which is very helpful as well.
