I have struggled with weight loss (and gain!) for my entire adult life. Despite my best efforts, the cycle just seems to continue - gain 30 or 40 pounds in six months, get back on to some program for a year, and lose the weight. Then I gain it back, and cycle starts all over again. So I figured, why not try hypnosis? I have friends that had it work for quitting smoking. I just finished this book a few days ago, and I loved it. I have been making healthier choices for sure, and I feel less hungry. The affirmations are a great thing to re-listen to each day to keep your motivation up too - just pick a few and listen to different sections when you need some motivation, or get you mind centered again. I have already lost a few pounds! I also enjoyed the sound of the narration in the book. Overall, I highly recommend!
