Another great book from Silvana. Stress is something that I've kind of become accustomed to as part of my life! As I'm getting older and hopefully wiser, I'm learning that stress can be managed and not to be put upwith.

Silvana has given some great strategies for managing stress levels and the advice and tips are easy to implement and follow, you just need to persevere and be consistent.

I definitely needed a reminder about self-care as most mums I put my needs last...but it is important to find time for yourself and take care of your body and mind.
