Relic feels like a real unsure, driven teen, with friends adding dynamics of loyalty and flirtation. The dialogue is sharp with metal humor. Makes me want to pick up some drumming skills of my own.

Strengths
Nostalgia and pace rock hard, blending horror smartly with teen growth. Slightly rushed ending. But also a cliffhanger for more awesomeness 🤘

Audible has made me stretch my limitations for authors and genres. Never would I have read a book about wear wolfs. However now I have I must admit I enjoyed this book and all its content. Narrated by Brian Callahan brought the characters to light. A recommendation from me
