I will be much more wary of purchasing on Audible in future, as I feel conned by them over this book. The reading is laughable; mechanical and stumbling, a sad destruction of great literature!

Thomas Browne is one of the most fascinating writers ever to have lived. Unfortunately, this audiobook sounds like it's being read by a robot that doesn't speak English. Really terrible, like insultingly terrible. Doesn't deserve any stars.
