Being irrationally ravaged by jealousy affects not only you but also your partner, who may be completely innocent of the accusations. This audiobook does a great job of situating paranoid jealousy so you can see how ridiculous and unhelpful thoughts and behavior can be and take concrete steps fast to heal from that unhelpful tendency. Highly recommended, and also a fun reading in places.
