I enjoyed this as an elderly person . It took me back to thoughts and feelings of past memories !

Almost a child's story but not !

I was so excited to start this new series by iris beaglehole but I was so disappointed with the entire book! Nothing exciting happened at all it was mostly conversation and many times I just switched off due to boredom.. needless to say I won’t be continuing with the rest of this bland series 🫩

Every character speech is ‘she said, I said, he said, they replied’ totally breaks the flow of the story which is not up to the normal standards for the author.
