Everything seems to have dropped into place for Jasper—but he may have made a colossal blunder.

Great story, great characters, great narration. A bit unbelievable that she is a lady and ends up in nunnery but enjoyable.

I loved this book from start to finished. And out of the ordinary period romance. Gripping story line. Weekly worth credit

This was narrated well, plotted well and flew by really well!

Not your traditional HAE, which made it just perfect!

Amazing Regency Romance

I've never heard of this author but thought I'd give this book a try. I'm so glad I did. This is a romance and an adventure story rolled into one. The author has clearly researched the period meticulously which added even more interest to the novel.

I felt the characters were well drawn and the story moved along at a good pace. I cared about the characters especially the heroine Clarissa who does not lack spirit or courage in her quest to trace her missing brother.

The narrator is excellent and I think that her ability to mimic accents added to the reading.

If you are a fan of good romantic fiction then you will enjoy this book.

This is a really fun story, but so badly read, incorrect pronunciation all the way through, and emotionless, almost like it was done using AI without knowledge of correct pronunciation.
