It is a bloody journey, where two samurais with a devastating past, a Viking, a geisha, and a group of survivors try surviving in a zombie apocalypse. They will cross Feudal Japan, leaving Fukushima to Niigata in search of one last hope, facing betrayals, deadly traps, great battles, many losses, and hundreds of zombies.

No one is safe on this journey, where zombies are not always the worst threat.

I didn’t feel like this was particularly well written, i dont know if its a problem with the translation or if it was just a bit bland, but it made the story feel stilted and dry. Beyond that once the story actually got going, it was quite good.

Cool story somewhat overshadowed by problems

I love all things related to Japan, historical fiction and a good zombie apocalypse story from time to time so seeing these three themes merged together as a feudal Japan zombie apocalypse was fun and exciting. I loved this!

Gripping zombie apocalypse

If you enjoy zombie based fiction, this is fine. It's pretty standard for the genre. An enjoyable read. There were some stark similarities to The Walking Dead so not the most original. The narration was a bit hit and miss, as some parts were cut off from poor editing.
